You need a team with your best interests at mind.  The Turner Realtors Team does not participate in dual agency transactions where one agent represents the buyer and seller.  If you hire us, we work for you.  We will always show and sell your listing but if an unrepresented buyer wants to buy your home we will refer them to an agent that is not on our team.  You need to know that your Realtors are working for you.  You want the most money for while doing the least amount of work.  The buyer wants the lowest price with the maximum amount of concessions.

Jennifer’s Masters in Business Administration is from Portland State University. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) . She is Vice President of the Fruit and Flower Development Center’s Board of Directors in NW Portland. Jennifer is a member of both RMLS and WVMLS and is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Realtor Charles Turner, MBA, e-PRO, GRI,
Charles’ Masters in Business Administration is from Willamette University. e-PRO is NAR’s designation for those that have taken additional coursework on the online/Internet aspects of our business that have become so important in most real estate transactions. The Graduate Realtor Institute designation is awarded to Realtors that have completed additional course work in the industry. Charles is a member of the Junior Board for the Oregon Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Susan covers real estate in the areas served by the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service in Salem and the mid-Willamette Valley. She works with both buyers and sellers and is an Earth Advantage STAR certified Realtor and NAR Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource.

Realtor Lisa Carter
Lisa manages transaction paperwork and lives in Vancouver. She is licensed in both Washington and Oregon.

Vicki joined Prudential Northwest properties in 2005 and the Turner Realtors Team in 2009. She works as an agent in the Portland area. Vicki has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute certification.
